shutter speeds artist reflection

the best pictures of this assignment where the stop-motion pictures because they give better detail and better imaging than the blurred motion. but the weakest pictures of this project was the second blurred motion picture; because it doesn't have the slowed effect that's present in the first blurred motion picture, bu they can be improved by slowing the shutter speed of the camera. for editing i used Photoshop and i used hues, and color difference for all subjects. manipulating shutter speed an aperture influence can effect the outcome of my images by changing how the viewer sees light in the image for example the blurred motion, the picture shows a abstract image of light, but its just someone moving a light source; giving the appearance of a floating strange object. the easiest about this assignment was the stop motion, because it was the simplest to do. but the most difficult part of this project was to get the person holding the light sti...

Artist Reflection Back lighting

The best shot in this assignment would be the first one because i think it has better lighting and colour. the weakest would be the other picture because the shadow kind-of makes the subject look like a blob. the weakest can be better if the light was directly behind her and not off to the side i used Photoshop to brighten up the colours. the weakest shot can be improved by getting some more angles and textures. as for how i edited my photos i used curves and some color adjustment. but we can tell a narrative without any detail by using the back-light to give detail. the easiest about this assignment is the back-light access(the set in the classroom. but the most difficult thing about this project was to get the models/subjects to do something interesting. if i were to do this assignment again i would pick better subjects and move the light directly behind the subject. if i were to scale this project i would rate this a 6 out of ...

Artist-Reflection Texture

Id say the best shot in this assignment id the black and white picture of the tree, because i think it looks like a professional took the picture. but the worst shot in this assignment would be the rusted handle bar, because its out of focus, motion blurred and very bright. the weakest shot can be better if i didnt take it. i used Photoshop and simply used cropping  and lighting.i was able to enhance the texture with the location of light source; my light source was placed always behind me so i didn't get any blown out shots .the easiest thing about this assignment is that getting the angles and lighting because it was early morning. the most difficult part of the shoot was the editing and the deadline because i was sick one day and that set me back quite a bit. if i was to do this assignment differently i would take more pitures. on a scale of 1-10 i would give it a 7 because "dont do trees" 😑

Artist Reflection-Composition

The best picture shot for this assignment is the crumbled up piece of paper; that is because it shows a great form of simplicity and an odd number of subjects. But the weakest shot for this assignment is probably leading lines because it doesn't really show any leading lines and isn't a really good shot. Though I did use Photoshop to edit my pictures i didn't really come out that well. the weakest image can be improved in the future by actually showing leading lines. The easy part about this assignment was taking the shots. But the most difficult thing about this assignment was the editing and uploading, because I didn't know how to work Photoshop. on a scale of 1-10 id give it a 7 or 6 because this was my first assignment  so I didnt really know what i was doing.

I dont really have an opinion on this work. Why do you feel this way? i feel this way because i dont really care for photography.

Backlighting

Texture

The texture is bumpy it gives a really natural texture vibe                                                   This texture is flaky and gives a rough feel          This texture is rough

Opener 9/12/19

The reason why the picture "the falling man" made it to the top of New York Times is because it showed how scared and afraid the people where in the world trade center, that the people in the trade where so scared they jumped thinking that was better than dying in the wreck.

Opener 9/10/19

Question: Whats the difference between a snap shot and Artistic Photography?    Perhaps the difference between a snap shot and Artistic Photography is that the snap shot is taken more quickly with less consideration for motion blur, light and other things, But Artistic Photography would take more time and consideration to make the photo look good.
